    Hi All,

I lost my phone 3 weeks ago it has been offline since, I did try a remote ring and since it had not re-connect to the internet I could not use the location option.

So since I though it was gone for good I sent a "Remote Ease" request.
My issue now is I found the phone happily due to the staff in Metal bar not cleaning behind couches properly.

So my question now is can I disable/remove the "Remote Ease" request I sent to the phone? I have full access to both my Goggle Account and the Phone { non-Rooted }.

I don't think you are able to stop the request once it's been sent.

What phone and software are you using for the remote wipe? For 3rd party software you normally have to enable the capability to allow remote wipes by granting "device administrator" privileges to the software. If you revoke that access the remote wipe *should* fail when you reconnect to the internet.

Try settings -> Security -> Device Administrators and remove any applications that have access.

If the remote wipe is built into the system I can't think of any way to prevent it. Your best bet in that case is to root the phone, do a full backup, let the remote wipe happen and then restore the backup.
