    Hi newsteve,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

The following are some examples of acceptable documents that you can use for proof of address:
    - a provisional or full driving license if you haven't used that as proof of ID
    - a current original financial institution statement dated within the last 3 months (including Credit Union)
    - a letter from an employer dated within the last 6 months
    - a current original Social Insurance document.

We would suggest you contact your account holding branch directly where a representative will be more than happy to discuss any queries you may have and clarify for you what documents can be used as proof of address. Branch details can be found here.

If there is anything else we can help you with please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Thanks,
    Paula C
