Tractor licence - Can I get it added to full B licence?

As per the thread title, I have a car licence since 2004. Can I add tractor licence (W) to this without any hassle?

It should of been automatically added to your licence OP. It shouldn't be a problem getting it added, just fill out the application form, photos etc and you will have it added.
