    i have a pc running 64bit windows 7.
i have a msi z77 motherboard and im using the on-board lan on it.
i have it connected by ethernet cable to my asus rt-n66u router.

ill like to be able to wake my computer up remotely from my android phone so that i can login via remote desktop. i can sort out the remote desktop side of things myself.

my problem is the wake on lan. i have a setting within my router but i really dont know where to start.

    anyone have any suggestions please?

    thanks

    Have a look at THIS
