new build approx cost ?

    Hi all! I'm looking for an approximate price on a new build (large shed) that is 55 sqm with cavity walls (insulated with 3 inch insulation ). Its a fairly standard build ( no bells and whistles ) just double glazed windows and doors ,1 toilet/shower / 1 partition wall internally. standard roof structure etc. Any ideas? just want a ball park figure before I get quotes from builders so that I have a rough idea! thanks.
