Case Study-Timber Frame construction in Ireland

    Hi All,

I am currently doing a dissertation on the topic of timber frame construction in Ireland and my slant is looking at a superior European model (mainly Austria and Germany), and what elements the Irish contractors could perhaps learn, especially with regard to workmanship and materials.

I would really appreciate if anyone with experience of Irish Timber Frame companies (Griffner Coillte keeps popping up, funnily enough), be it negative or positive could give me some feeback/info on their experiences to use as a case study or even to help form questions....

    Many Thanks
