Ok. Thers a story about certain types of companies hiring too many "white young attractive white women". Yes, I said white twice.

Have a read of this -
Kate Russell, of Russell HR Consulting, said: "It looks rather peculiar to have so many young women being brought into this business.

"It could be a coincidence, but it does seem odd. It may well lead to questions being asked about their recruitment strategy.

Russell added: "If your recruitment strategy is to go for people of a particular type and you recruit them because they’re a particular type rather than having the skills to the job, that is both illegal and seedy.

I think they should hire a token ugly bloke to work behind every make-up counter.

I'm sure the author will be punching the air with delight when a bunch of women now get sacked so things can be evened up.

Look at the solicitor profession in the last 15 years, some change especially in big city firms. It seems women outnumber men now. Do What? This is Frank Garrett.

I can't decide if Vagenda is a great magazine name.

No denying that there is done serious good looking women there. But I do feel sorry for 2 or 3 if them who aren't as blessed as the rest if them.

I'm sure the company is making a healthy profit. If they are I can't see an issue.

 Typical male attitude, more interested in the bottom line than worrying about gender quotas.

Is that not the aim of capitalism/commercialism . Companies set up to make money, and hire who can help them achieve that.

We should create a little colony for feminists where they can all get the ride and free chocolate whenever they want.

Maybe the all female team works better for the business. Maybe the senior managment team feels that men would be a distraction, what with all those shirtless diet coke breaks and such.

Four men set up a company and exclusively hire young attractive women. And it's sexist to criticise this?

    Classy, AH, classy
