Adding another freeview box to my sky dish, is there a limit???

Have a sky box that I'm going to use as another extra freeview box. I have an 8 output LNB on my dish with 2 available outputs at moment. I have 2 plus boxes (4 outputs) running on contract and 2 other sky boxes on freeview which work fine.
When I connect new cable up into either of remaining free LNB outputs on dish I get "no satellite signal being received" on box. Strange thing is though I can get the Sky News channel and their welcome channel in 999 so there is a signal just cannot get anything else. I have tried cable into known good box in kitchen which has been running freeview for years now and get same message but will get channels back with original cable

Any idea as to what's going on??
    Thanks.

Swap the cable running into your existing box over to one of the spare points.

This will tell you whether the new cable run or the LNB points are at fault.

All 8 points can be used btw.

For reference: Freeview is the UK terrestrial service.
