Ultra slim Desktops - Display ports

Ordering a few PC's for the office and have pretty much settled on the following PC I was looking for a PC that can be attached to the back of a monitor and the Ultra
slim Desktop looks great. However someone complained about the display ports not being as good as a separate graphics card. I've no experience with display ports but are they that bad.

This PC has an optional 2 GB MDM card should I include that in the spec, or would the on board video be enough, I'd be looking at attaching 2x24 inch monitors or three to these PC's, is that possible with a display port, we don't run heavy graphical programs apart from the odd video.

I don't want to go to HP and ask as their sales will just tell me they are perfect etc.
