UPC very long outage

    Hi,

    we are experiencing an incredible outage of Internet connection with UPC.

    We live in Rugby Villas (D6 / Ranelagh) and we have a cable connection with a Cisco EPC3925
    Bootloader Revision: 2.3.0_R1
    Current Software Revision: epc3925-ESIP-12-v302r125561-120727c_upc
    Firmware Name: epc3925-ESIP-12-v302r125561-120727c_upc.bin
    Firmware Build Time: Jul 27 21:06:28 2012

    Since last Sunday night (so far almost 4days ) we have no internet connection at all. The modem is not getting the IP from the provider. And is always in scanning mode.

    The log is full of entries like these:

    We called UPC and they weren't able to fix it at the phone, and they said they will send a technician next Monday... A week. Unbelievable!!!!

    And we pay almost 75 Euro per month for their services.
    Very very disappointed.
