where can i get one of these made

after a while searching I've come up with no leads , i would like a rear reflector panel for my 2 door 900 turbo project and don't want to fork out the £300-£400 for one , does anybody possibly know where i can get one made up as seen a repo for sale on ebay.de a while back at €200 and no bids , any help much appreciated

Back in the day i made one myself for my black capri from a piece of light diffuser and some red spray paint...looked factory imo.....:o

Now some of the signmakers in your area might have some of the same and on my Capri one it was mounted by two acrylic blocks glued onto the back of it with screw threads (headless bolts-you know what I mean ) that you then drilled 2 holes behind the no. plate panel and popped on washers and nuts to hold in place.

BEFORE YOU MOUNT - get some silver tin foil behind it to give it reflectivity, use a spray adhesive to keep it in place

ya , see , don't know what to do though do for the curve on either side , if you heat the acrylic will it bend , i don't need bolts as it screws on

You could try dropping an email to the spare parts dept. of the Swedish Saab club reservdelar@saabklubben.se

They have a good stock of new and used parts but unfortunately I don't see what you are looking for listed.

But drop them a mail and ask if one can be got, they should have good contacts.

What you are looking for is called a "reflexramp" in Swedish. I've had a look on the Swedish equivalent of DoneDeal which is called Blocket but no joy at the moment but it might be worth checking regularly.

Likewise the Swedish eBay which is called Tradera.

Couldn't find any for sale with a Google search either but did come across a discussion where one guy mentioned buying one for a tenner in a scrapyard.

Laga.se is a search engine of Swedish scrapyards but no joy there either.

If you do strike lucky and find one but they won't post it outside of Sweden drop me a PM and I can organise to send it on to you.
