That looks like a bad PSU.
    That's an old hard drive.

Also, you're kind of all over the place with where you are buying from. Are there any saving to be made? Best start off with what your budget is and fill in a few of the questions in the How to Ask for Computer Build Help thread.

Or best would be to go to dedicated hackintosh website and check what builds are confirmed to be working. Saves time to everyone.

You can't just slap together a Hackintosh like you can a Windows PC. It will only work with certain hardware set ups. This site will help you with builds that have known to work. http://www.tonymacx86.com/home.php
From what I've read and heard maintaining a Hackintosh is not easy and Apple will not support you. If things go wrong and they will, you're on your own. What are you building this for? Does it have to be an OS X based PC. You'd have a lot more options available to you with a windows PC. I used OSX for nearly ten years and switched to Windows. It's not all that bad. There is always Linux too if your needs aren't that demanding. http://www.linuxmint.com/

Recommend that you go to one of the hackintosh sites and buy a recommended MOBO. The problem with hackintosh is that often drivers are missing for some of the components on the motherboards and if that happens then certain things won't won't work ie no driver for the audio chip on the MOBO = NO SOUND etc etc etc... and there will be nothing you can do about it after all the trouble you've gone to , and that's one example of what can go wrong. The rest of the components are up to you depending on how power a machine you want. By the way it's a nice educational experiment but it's really not worth the trouble since Windows 7 came out.

You can always have your apple computer for whatever that is you want to use it and a decent mATX/ITX gaming rig for all the fun stuff :)
