Help identifying a stamp (well, I think it's a stamp!)

Hi all, I'm new here. Myself and the hubby are having a house clearout and we've found some old banknotes, coins and stamps. We've been googling like mad to see if we're rich. We stand to make the grand total of about €3 from our newly discovered haul. Happy days 😄

It was a bit of craic going through it all but one thing is left that I can't find anything about. It looks like a stamp but it's got no postage price, country of origin to help identify it. It has what appears to be Olympic Rings.

    Any ideas???

    Thanks in advance

    (Hope the link worked)

Wow! Talk about feeling stupid. I took the pic specifically to post here and I've just noticed the 'Eire' on the bottom. Does it look like its part of the stamp or the ink marker at the post exchange???
