    They were a disaster last time I ordered from them. Ended up receiving the wrong items. Although their online store is much nicer than the store it's more hassle than it was worth!

    that's a pain. Has happened to me twice this year when buying online from Amazon. Don't understand how it happens - surely not that complicated to send out the right thing.

    Did they pick the incorrect items up out of interest?
