Cant receive PM from O2 reps

Hello there. O2 reps at Talk To O2 have advised that even if they send me PM, im not receiving them. What can i do to check this issue? EDIT: Sorry, found the fault myself.. they were in my ignore list by some reason.. sorry to bother you, thread can be deleted..
