Hey was just looking for some help with the wifi signal in my girlfriends house, they have Permanet broadband, it's satellite, it's the only they could get due to trees in the way etc.. The problem is, The modem is up in the attic, but there's like one or 2 rooms that can get a decent signal, it gets about 10mb in one of the rooms, a bit lower in the other.. The bedrooms, other sitting room, kitcken etc barely get it a signal, 1 or 2 bars if your lucky, Fairly sure the bedroom I'm on about is closer to where the modem is in the attic than the rooms that have a good signal, the signal seems to be decent in the front garden, any ideas how to boost it? or fix in general or is it just bad coverage that can't be fixed?
