    Hi,

    I am in my last year of my law degree and plan on sitting the FE1s next year and plan on taking all the exams at the one time and wanted to know how many could I afford to fail if I were to fail any to be able to repeat them again if that makes sense. Its like on the first sitting you have to take a minimum of 4 exams and you have to pass three. Is there a same thing here.

    Yep. You're correct, you must sit at least 4 in your first sitting and pass at least 3 to carry on. After that you can sit them in one's and two's if you want. Doing all 8 is possible, but I would advise against it as you have to know literally almost everything for each exam to guarantee passing, some get lucky by just studying 7 or 8 topics but that is a bold tactic that can backfire and more often than not it does.
