I've had a pain in my front tooth the last few days when I touch/press on it! It's not sore any other time incl when I eat, I'm asking here as I'm not sure it's worth going to dentist about any idea what would cause this type of pain, I'm freaked out just because it's my front tooth!

Did it ever get a bang? Does it have a large filling/ decay? Is there a gumboil above it or a tender gum swelling over it? Does the gum look red raw around it??

Sounds like a root canal is in your future....
I'd see your dentist asap, today is Thursday, don't leave it hanging over the weekend.....

Oh no nightmarish words "root canal"
Don't think I banged it, has no swelling I don't have any fillings in any of my teeth and afaik there isn't any decay!
The only thing I thought was that my wisdom teeth might of been pushing my other teeth together and result was pain in front one!
As a general rule how long can u leave it before beginning root canal treatment
( I'm getting married soon and would probably prefer to leave it until after!)

Ahhhh, you're stressed out at the impending doom of marriage and are grinding your teeth causing the front tooth to be sore....

Seriously, I'm making educated guesses here, please see your dentist soon. If the tooth is completly intact and never involved in a trauma then it is less likely to be a root canal job...
I don't beleive that wisdom teeth can push 7 other teeth in front of them and cause the tooth furthest from it to be sore, it doesn't make sense to me....
You could have a wisdom tooth coming up and altering your bite or inducing grinding and that affecting the front tooth...

If you have a wedding soon and likely honeymoon abroad, get it seen to before that for piece of mind if nothing else...
