    Hi all,

    I have a set of PMR446 radios and when skipping through the channels I landed on channel 7.

    I began talking and when I finished, a couple seconds later I receive voice but it's my voice.

    I tried again,and I heard it once again. I thought someone was there so I did the usual and I got a reply.

    But the reply was an exact copy of what I had just said. Sort of like a "repeater" of sorts. Any idea what this is?

    It's definitely not my other PMR as it was turned off, and when I change PMR I get the same. Scanner in the area, repeating channels and broadcasting them further?

    Bit long, but I'd like to find out what it may be.
