    Occasionally they might be an issue with two different kits not (easily)working together, but two kits you are running seem pretty much identically in every respect. Generally theres no problem once there are common voltages/timings/frequencies that both sets can run at (This can be the tricky bit if you have to start manually adjusting settings in the BIOS to get them to play nice together).

    For example I am typing this from a PC running 2X2GB of OCZ 1.9v DDR3-1600 and 2X2GB of Crucial 1.65v DDR3-1333 running quite happily at 1333Mhz on only 1.5v. :P

    Since the system is booting everything is most likely just fine, but there's no harm giving them the once over with memtest86 for an hour or two just to be sure there are no errors.

    The only other think to make sure of is that you have 6GB in each memory channel so you are running in proper dual channel mode.
