Transfer to UL English and History

Hey, I'm in first year Arts in NUIG doing English and History as 2 of my 4 subjects, just wondering is it actually possible to switch to a similar/same course in a different college say like Arts or english and history in UL and continue on with second year. Just curious :D

I think you may have to reapply to cao again if you want to go to a different university.
