Terribly consistent sort who stands out here. A lot of guys here seem to fancy Katenko for the PP on Sat. This guy was the only horse to give Katenko any kind of race at Cheltenham last January, so get ready for that form to be franked here. Put money on this horse and get more back, simple as that.

Laid the fav, so no harm done. Appalled by the run, especially as McCain stated best chance of the day. Just pure terrible run.

Not sure where you heard that. The word on the course was that McCain thought Bourne was his best chance.

He's obviously run very well at Cheltenham in the last two years and he's still on a mark off which he ought to be competitive. Although he is going to come on for this first run of the year, this race has been the target for a while and I think he is sharp enough to do himself justice. The conditions shouldn't be a problem, his mark is fair and hopefully this can kick-start another good season. He would look my best chance on the day. "
