Iphone 4s Motherboard

Hi guys, I have a problem with an Iphone 4s motherboard. Brought it into a guy and he said there is a chip in the motherboard which is causing areas of the touchscreen to fail (It also needs screen replacement). Anybody know where I could get this repaired? Seems to be difficult fix, Cheers
