Ankle and foot pain

    I am geting annoying ankle pain and pain around bottom of foot lately.i do a lot of cycling and running but mostly cycling.any ideas.i hav tried phsio and no good.

    Not that I'm an expert in cycling, but have you had a proper bike fitting. Maybe your posture on the bike is putting undue strain or causing you to cycle at a funny angle on your foot. Failing that I presume you have cleat's and stiff sole cycling shoes, if so could the shoe be the problem.
    I don't know of a bike fitter of the top of my head, maybe someone else on here could point you in the right direction. A friend was having lower back and elbow problems which a fitting fixed.

    What ya selling? Not sure anyone will be in the market for ankle and foot pain, bet you could not give it away.
