    I also having Issues with them too.recently I fit a news kitchen and i call them many time they keep promise me guy will visit me and have look at the problem after 2 weeks calling them finally one guy show up yesterday.
    I hope they will fix the problem soon as I have been told I have two years manufacturer guarantee.I post again if they stuck with their guarantee.
