Just a heads up guys, Ken Doherty's Lucky Break TV show filmed earlier this year when he held auditions to find a young player to give a scholarship to will be screened in four parts beginning tomorrow evening (Wednesday) at 10pm on Setanta Ireland. It's a free view so hopefully most will get to see it.

    Here's a taster.....

Thanks for the tip off i have this recorded. I noticed Ken gave a W/O to Wattana today in the PTC snooker. This would be an exception for Ken as he is as punctual and reliable to a fault usually, out of interest do you know the reason for this zack01?.

Watched this yesterday, very good it was. Never knew there was a cbs at Westland row, looks quite Dickensian in a similar way to Dame lane. Good insight on Ken as well. Gotta love Kens quips "Give him 100 lines haha!". Just wondering how many episodes is this over?. Ive a feeling its going to be just the 3 seeing as they are whittling the field sharply next episode?. UPC aren't offering a series link but ive next Wednesdays show manually set already.

edit: re-read OP 4 episodes. thats better.

Yes it came across pretty well. It gets good now, they get them down to 8 then to four. The four finalists then travel over to Sheffield for two days, they take in a few matches at the world championship at the Cruicble, go backstage and meet some of the top players and also train at the star academy in Sheffield.
