samsung galaxy s3 three

    Quick question ,
    At the moment on vodafone and want to move to three due to there great prepay offer , getting an samsung gaalxy s3 and going to unlock it , as its cheaper to buy on vodafone than three , if I unlock it will I still get updates threw tthre or will three relock it to three
    Thanks for any advice given .

    Unless you flash it with a Three firmware you'll only get updates when Vodafone release them

    No you'll still get the updates but they'll be Vodafone's updates. So when/if vodafone do updates youll get them.

    Be aware that the modem used by Vodafone won't give you as good a reception as the 3 modem, especially where data is concerned. (when using a 3 sim with Vodafone modem) That's been my experience anyway and I've always had to revert to the 3 mobile modem to get proper reception.
