Hi,

I recently purchased a computer system from hardwarversand, I also paid the extra for them to build it for me.

However I have had major issues with it and spoke with them today and they asked me to return it for them to have a look.

They emailed me over a UPS docket.

Do I have to call UPS to pick up the box or do they just automatically call to my house?
