Going out later to see can I capture a decent sky shot. What should I do when bringing the camera back into a warm environment after being out?

Leave the camera and lens in the camera bag. Don't bring into a very warm room, maybe leave in a cooler hallway overnight. And post your shots here:)

I put the gear into zip lock bags before I bring anything inside.

One of these will do the trick. Put your camera in the bag and close it before bringing it inside. Once in, let it reach room temp before opening.

Ask nicely and a "sample" might be arranged......;)

I'd love a 'sample' too if possible :-) Please and thank you!

Looks good Pullandbang. Yes please with chocolate swirls!

Used a Turkey bag tonight!! Also found out that even in the pitch dark of the farthest holes of our local golf club it's way too bright to get the shots you want. Amazing how the camera picks up the urban light leaking into the sky. Beautiful night out there. Am definitely going to arrange a night trip to the burren away from any light to get one of these shots.
