    Hi Guys,

Can anyone recommend a good plumber in the Stepaside / Dublin 18 area please?? I'm in the Parkview apartments and am having issues with a ferroli boiler & leaking radiator :(

    Thanks.

If I had of seen your post earlier, I would have gladly done it as I was working there for past couple of days. Happened to bump into a certain Sullz there today, caught him red handed trying to let the air out my tyres..... I tell ya he can run :D I nearly got him on the back of the head with a stillson.

I am booked up for the next while. See if JohnnieK is down that way as he sometimes is down there too.

What's the issue with the boiler?

None at all. Just had to turn off all upstairs rads to get the drop downs working but worked a treat after that. Absolutely manky systems. Anybody fitting a new boiler in that estate without a proper powerflush is wasting customers money.

I was telling them of your escapade after your flush! Their hot press was full of qualpex also but luckily all held up ok. Had a leaking solder fitting in the wall behind the boiler so had to dig that out.
