    Hey
A friend has approached me saying they feel they are a victim of sexism at their workplace. They cannot go to the HR dept due to this decision being made by the company owner.
What outside body is there that they could talk to?
    Thanks

Your friend will need some fairly solid evidence. I'd advise them to keep a diary of incidents, timed and dated as accurately as possible.
