Rent Allowance, Landlord not renewing lease ?

My friend is a single parent living in a one bedroom apartment with one child, receiving rent supplement.

She has tried to move to a bigger place but CWO wont increase the amount of allowance so everywhere was way out of her budget. Even other one beds with a bigger bedroom than she currently has were out of her price range.

Her landlord has recently told her he wont be renewing her lease when it expires in the New Year as he needs the apartment for a family member.

Does anyone know where this leaves her as she has tried to move but couldn't find anything she could afford ?

Will the CWO increase her supplement if she's basically made homeless or does it stay the same.

couldnt find anywhere she could afford in the same area, or anywhere? a single parent gets enough rent allowance to cover a 1bed in many areas in Dublin, wish I had a womb sometimes

She gets a reduced rent allowance rate of 340 because she gets €30 maintenance per week. She's already living way outside her own area
