    can anyone help downloaded windows xp on my laptop and it came up fatal error in the installing windows part and everytime I chick ok my laptop just keeps restarting but stopping at the fatal error point

    Where did you download it from? If it's pirated then you won't get any help here. If your laptop shipped with XP you'd need to get the OEM disc to re-install it usually.
    XP is a pain in the hole when it comes to finding media that will accept your product key at times..
