    Hey all

Can anyone help me...my elderly dad booked a flight with aer lingus to America next Feb. Problem is he can't find the print out of the dates or flight details. They were forward to his email account but he haa them deleted accidentally. I looked in the trash of his email account but can't find it.

Anyone have any idea how I can retrieve these to find out dates and details?

Thanks g for any help given

You just need to call Aer Lingus (0818 365000) and they'll ask you a couple of questions and resend the email. When this last happened to me they said that they weren't supposed to give out the flight info over the phone but when I explained that I no longer had Internet access they did so.

    Good luck !

Haven't checked in a while. You can retrieve your itinerary online using email address and a few other options on the site.

Unfortunatly you need the booking reference which I doubt the gentleman noted.

I think they use the booking reference as a reference on the credit card statement

Done this and after 3 attempts at ringing without hitting a dead end with all the "press this for that and that for this", finally spoke to a lovely girl who forwarded me on a copy of flight details.
Thanks for all you're help. :-)
