    Hi just wondering if anyone has built in county laois recently and how much was council fees and sewage fee.im attending a pre planning just waiting to hear back.people are giving lots of different amounts.many thanks for reading

    Council playIng ContRibutIons have halved recently. Currently around 2200 ish at a base level.

    First 200m2 is charged at the standard rate, then every M2 over that is charged at €13/m2
