AllTime10s
Again, another Top 10 listing channel, but do some good ones too.

Achievement Hunter's Let's Play
Love these guys, some of their videos are perhaps among the funniest things I've seen on YouTube. Their GTA videos, WWE, and many others have brought me to tears from laughing often!

Geek & Sundry
While Will Whetaon was arguably the worst thing to happen to Star Trek: The Next Generation, his Table Top series on this channel make up for it somewhat.

Cinema Sins
Love their Everything Wrong With (x movie/TV show) series

Screen Junkies
Similar to Cinema Sins somewhat, their Honest Trailers can be fantastic often times.
