    Hi All
    we have a belling IDW804 dishwasher in the house that only a year old so is new. the othere night i opened it to empty it whrn i picked up a glass it shattered all over the unit inside, i picked all glass out asi throught but when i put a wash on o heard some galss moving around. now it wont empty. i cleaned filter again but think some must have went in further to the pipe. but i cant seem to get any more parts of the bottom of the unit out to check ?any help would be great !!!

    There's probably glass stuck in the drain pump, usually the only way to get to it is from underneath.

    belling have a 2 year warranty ring the shop you bought it from and explain dishwaher wont empty and dont go into details it will be covered by belling
