Refunding Preliminary Tax paid last year

I've filled out my Form11 as a sole trader for 2012 via ROS and I'm told I have 0 tax to pay after all calculations done (main employment was as PAYE worker). No mention of PRSI either.

I paid €237 as preliminary tax for 2012 so I assume I'm able to claim that back as a refund?

Additionally as I expect similar results in 2013 do I enter "0" for Preliminary Tax 2013, or is there a min required amount?

Also regarding how I claim the refund, do I just need to tick the "Refund" checkbox beside "Income Tax Balancing Amount 2012" and enter 237 into this, or is there another section in the Form 11 where I fill in refund details? Cheers

    This is correct.
