Extra Insulation in boxroom

Most of the house is ok but the boxroom is noticeably colder because apart form the window wall there is another side which is partially exposed where our 2 terraces meet. There is a bit of insulation above it and then a layer of flooring. Would I improve the heating in that room if I just got some more insulation and…
