Windows 7 - Windows Updates taking longer than reinstalling OS

    Hello,

    Reinstalled Windows 7 with drivers - max one hour
    Updating to latest Windows Updates - 1:30-2 hours !
    Total process- 3 hours at least !

    As thanks to some "bright arses" in /Microsoft, there are no plans for a SP2...what options do we have !?
