Hi, I'm interested in buying a house in farmleigh woods but have heard rumours of pyrite in the estate. Does anyone know anything about this estate please?

There was definitely pyrite in ongar but as far I know all was repaired - friend of mine had to move out for two months while his apartment was worked on from the bottom up!

Don't know about this estate though...
