    Moving to Canada early next year. We are planning to move to Guelph Ontario.i plan to work in construction. So I hoping to find work, hopefully within the first few weeks. But my girlfriend works as a care assistant in a nursing home.so my question is, is it difficult to find work in this field in Canada? Is there certain courses she will have to do? Any info would help a lot .
