Nibe Fighter 360P Boiler Problems

The apartment I moved into 2 months ago has a Nibe fighter 360P boiler and its caused nothing but problems. The apartment is either far too warm or far too cold the boiler seems to have a mind of its own. There are a number of modes on the boiler Summer, Spring, Autumn/Winter and Winter but it doesen't really make a difference what season its on as the boiler has a mind of its own. It seems to be on constantly and i've no if or how I can switch it off. My first months bill was €75 euro I got a bill a few days ago and it was €170 nearly triple the month before. My landlord sent down 2 men a while back to have a look at it and they said the boiler goes by whatever the outdoor temperature is and heats up automatically going by whatever temperature is outdoors. Another thing i've always got hot water no matter what time of the day it is (not that i'm complaining) but is this normal?

Anyone else got one of these boilers and care to explain on how to use it as nobody else seems to have a notion on how to use the boiler

Get rid quick. These things have been removed by their hundreds all over the uk. They are nothing more than a glorified immersion. (2kw of heatpump output @ 21c input air and 8kw electrical immersion)
They cannot cope when the temp drops below a 10C outside as they rely on the air temp of the room to replenish energy so once the heatloss reaches a certain point the unit starts consuming more energy than it produces at which stage it just throws on the immersion.

They're more heat dump than heat pump.

As we're currently renting we're stuck with it.

Has anyone on here got one? I've been looking at the manual online and I cannot make heads nor tails of it .

Tonight for example I have no heating at all or hot water. No matter what buttons I press on the boiler nothing happens

Got a bill in over christmas which was €350 we got onto the landlord who sent someone out. The fella which came out put the boiler back to its orginal settings and he said the next bill shouldn't cost too much.

We always have hot water and the current room temperature is on average 21.1 degrees. The man also left a electisave wireless monitor but I have no idea how to assess it.

At the moment it says the max is 11.1 cent/hour and it says 18.5 cent/kwh. What does this mean? Is this the average? Should my bill decrease?

Can anyone tell me whether the wireless monitor readings above are high?
