extension plan query

    Hi quick question. We've had our existing house and extension plans hand drawn up on A3 paper to scale (not sure exact scale). Roughly much should I expect to pay to have it converted to Auto-cad with elevations drawn?

    I have site drawing in cad already, only needs to have small amendments.

    Also for an extension do I need to submit a BER along with the plans?
