Is my camera fit for the bin?

I have a Fujifilm super ccd exr. A book shelf fell down and it got a wack, I didn't get to the camera until hrs later. Now it's like it's on, the zoom bit is out but the battery is dead, like that a few weeks now, I did try plugging it in and charging it but nothing happened, and advice or suggestions or is it just toast?

its more than likely that a connector pin for battery charge and the zoom mechanism has been damaged - will probably be cheaper to purchase a new camera rather than sending it off to get repaired
