    If it's empty inside then maybe use a 3d printer.

    Otherwise try sending it somewhere to be cut professionally (either wire cut or water jet cut).

    Im struggling to make an acrylic pyramid. Any ideas on how to attach the triangles smoothly without gaps. I want it to look like this. (LINK)

    Forget the layers inside the pyramid as shown in pic above
    You need a little more information on what you trying to do. Is open from one side? How are the shelves kept in. How would you joint the corners (Silicone?)
    If your doing think sheet acrylic you have machine by wedging between two stiffer/thicker polymer sheets. This will allow for straight edges. The you could create a fixture to silicone the edges or polymer weld. Alternatively you could potentially mold but this is quantity based.
