Hi, Does anyone know what is wrong with this phone as its my mum's, she's noticed this y'day as the sound in it is only one-way as she can't hear the caller, but i can hear her when i ring her? also she can barely hear it when she enables the loudspeaker on the phone too. Hi,

Does anyone know what is wrong with this phone as its my mum's, she's noticed this y'day as the sound in it is only one-way as she can't hear the caller, but i can hear her when i ring her?

What could be wrong with it, Is it to do with the speaker or something?
