Hi im just getting into farming and was wondering would I qualify as a new entrant for entitlements as I don't have green cert.I have 25 hectares,I have fifteen heifers on 7 hectares and i rent the rest out year to year.How do I go about getting entitlements or would I have to buy,thanks in advance
