I would say Horgans buildings for the Sundays.You are looking at paying for Saturdays for most places.

St Finbarrs car park seems to be the cheapest car park about town and they have installed more cameras to keep an eye on the cars.It is about a 5 min walk to ucc

On campus is free at the weekends. Barriers are up so no id or anything required ....
