PRSI on Investment Funds Rabo etc

Hi Has anyone thought about whether prsi is due on an investment fund product ? From what I have read it is due on unearned income. Say I invest 1000 euro in a Rabo fund will I be charged prsi on top of the dividend and then any gain made when I sell? Thanks in advance

Regulated Investment funds are not subject to tax.

They are subject to exit taxes when they are drawn down
